This is the best company that i've ever worked with.

Overall experience is great. Though some aspects can still be improved. Like the option to choose on working onsite. because some of the employees are living far from the office and can be inconvenient for them to travel to work onsite.

My work experience here so far is great. But there's a possibility of working onsite in full schedule. Therefore, this would be less convenient for us employees. Being able to work at home is what makes an employee here satisfied but that will soon be changed.

The previous work set up, which is working from home is far better than the current set up. Because most of us employees is residing far from the office and needs to adjust the travel time for commuting. Also, removing our allowances can be difficult to us since it is also big part of our salary.

Discontinuation of allowances which is also a big part of our salary is hard for us employees to maintain our satisfaction financially. Since we are already reporting onsite daily, allowance should play a bigger part in our salary.
