Overall, I love that I'm learning so much about myself. The company's culture is not the best, and I couldn't say it's the safest. Still, if I look at it from a different perspective, I'm developing a lot of mental toughness and the ability to observe and navigate through narcissistic leadership.

Please revisit the company's guiding philosophy and do something to manage the narcissistic leaders; if not, take them out of the company before they do more harm to the employee's well-being. Narcissistic abuse is not to be taken lightly.

I think that people investing time in revisiting the core values will help. People like to stay in the company because we're given many promises, which is unsustainable when management doesn't listen to them. There's more to it than just monetary compensation.
