We are all working to improve human health, and people know that. The culture is also very focused on safety, which is a major improvement over many other workplaces.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that I'm making a difference in human health by making new pharmaceuticals. I also appreciate the flexibility of my job, which allows me to be more focused on work when I'm at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help, and doesn't just shorten a response to get you off their backs. As I was onboarding, people were always willing to take plenty of time to help, making sure that I really understood the answer.
