Most people who are hired in these small discount stores are misfits who have a variety of social (or anti-social) issues. I find avoiding my co-workers and concentrating on customers and store cleanliness/order is the sanest way to function.

The customers are nice. I worked at Walmart for a few years and there's no comparison. Walmart customers are not nice. The only "company environment" that exists is a lack of caring. I really get no positive vibe from this company at all.
