I am currently an ASM at a family Dollar the CEO needs to step in and look at the company and realize what's going on in the actual stores. Crime is a really high factor there is no security employees are being put at risk employees have no incentives.

For the workload that we have I would appreciate being paid at least a couple dollars more I would appreciate having security in the stores so that our employees don't have to fill at risk or being assaulted. Our lives are far more important than any corporate company.
