I've been at this company for 3 years, it all went downhill when we started getting paid biweekly instead of weekly. The raises are small and hard to come by. Our Holiday pay is taxed and we getting whatever is left over. This company needs to pay a livable wage and treat thier workers with respect.

Having a conversation with Co-workers and coffee is what keeps everything positive. Getting a livable wage would bring more positivity into the work place.

During this pandemic customers have been extremely rude, I've been yelled at, I've had things thrown at me. And yet the company does not back us up when dealing with these things.

Treating employees fairly. Reprimand lazy workers instead of making other workers make up for it. Paying employees a livable wage instead of over working and underpaying them. Having a steady schedule for employees.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
While other workers are allowed to be lazy and slack off most of the time, there are those of us that are forced to do thier tasks and ours also. Those workers should be reprimanded. And all associates (lazy or not) should be paid a livable wage.

By not pushing thier tasks off on those of us that do our job. It's ok to slack off every now and then but not all the time. Co-workers need to understand team work helps gets our tasks done quicker. Getting a livable wage would help with that also.
