The pay band is great, and the commission structure is very rewarding. I feel that the leadership team understands what employees want, and that's to be paid fairly and well for our efforts.

I feel that we are treated like professional adults, which is very refreshing given other orgs I've worked at. We are trusted and empowered to do our jobs, without overt micro management or useless meetings.

I feel like the leadership team cares about the employees as much as they do about clients. It's apparent that they work hard to strike a balance between pushing for more while being understanding and supportive of our challenges and needs.
