First Advantage has intention of collaboration but not execution. The silos we exist in and the hording of knowledge and cooperation can be dumbfounding at times. It often feels like the products we offer are seen as widgets on a balance sheet. Our services are more vital and nuanced than that.

The team leader needs to address the tension and distrust within the team. My particular vertical is continually excluded and then expected to deliver results on less than 1 hour notice.

They need to do the job that is asked of them. They can't do simple tasks no matter how many times it is stressed what is expected of them. My coworkers need to actually work and not sit around and talk all day or sell and make bracelets on company time. Must be nice to get paid for those things.
