What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There should be an encouragement of workforce by regular people connect and valuing people for their contribution. Organizing of tasks should be more structured as there is no work life balance at the moment.

At this point nothing. I have no faith in the company or leadership. They need to be better at recognizing when they have talent and not using them for their own selfish purpose. Holding someone back because you cannot afford to lose them is not fair to that employee.

They need to think about their Employee's work life balance, they need to understand that employees wait for their week offs and festive holidays to spend time with their loved ones, however Management still expect them to work and extend support on Saturdays and FA holidays too. this should change.

Outside of Quarterly Shareholder meetings I don't hear or see anything from my CEO. Outside of a quarterly/bi-annual All Hands call I don't hear or see anything from my President. I don't see any investment of time, attention, focus, or example from any Executive that fosters an intentional culture.

Communication is key for an organization this large and rather consistently we are missing key components. Applications, permissions, and other key items are altered or removed without any prior warning which delays production and causes unnecessary confusion.

Our leadership team needs a lesson in how to communicate effectively to staff. The leadership team also needs to take accountability and quit blaming each other for the issues we are facing as a company.

In my branch of the company, every one above our team leads seem to be unaware of the moral of our team or office as a hole. I think the biggest thing that leadership could better at is engaging with us employees. Come out of your office! When is apparent that no one seems happy address it.

Stop passing hiring for advanced positions from outside the company. Higher financial transparency. Stop pushing FA to be a billion dollar company when the people who put in the work to make it successful aren't paid a wage that matches inflation.
