What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Pay does not match expectations. Executives are getting 480% & 510% pay increases in a single year. Those at the bottom, that are already overworked, a measly 2-3%. Don't expect employees to believe leadership cares about anything but the bottom line $$.

Transparency and trust. Value your employees, including the ones you have via acquisition.

caring about employee needs and expectations

Review from Operations Dept

leading by example- answering questions-communicating- stop micromanaging.

Review from Operations Dept

Executive leadership needs to better understand the experiences of all employees - all the way down to the lowest level.

Review from Operations Dept

Sudden changes need to be studied and polished before implementing it. It's frustrating for us that we just need to adapt fast to them even though there are no clear instructions and lack of communications to the upper management.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing. My TL Tessa is the best!

Review from Operations Dept

Actual communications instead of reading from scripts. Caring about all aspects of the company and not just certain departments

Review from Finance Dept

There should be an encouragement of workforce by regular people connect and valuing people for their contribution. Organizing of tasks should be more structured as there is no work life balance at the moment.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Don't punish people for having to take sick time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There needs to be more communication

Review from Customer Success Dept

Proving more staff versus expecting us to keep taking on more work when we are already working 60+ hours a week.

Review from Operations Dept

At this point nothing. I have no faith in the company or leadership. They need to be better at recognizing when they have talent and not using them for their own selfish purpose. Holding someone back because you cannot afford to lose them is not fair to that employee.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They need to think about their Employee's work life balance, they need to understand that employees wait for their week offs and festive holidays to spend time with their loved ones, however Management still expect them to work and extend support on Saturdays and FA holidays too. this should change.

Review from Operations Dept

Outside of Quarterly Shareholder meetings I don't hear or see anything from my CEO. Outside of a quarterly/bi-annual All Hands call I don't hear or see anything from my President. I don't see any investment of time, attention, focus, or example from any Executive that fosters an intentional culture.

Review from Customer Support Dept

paying employees fairly which includes real increases and bonuses.

Review from Sales Dept

Staffing and allow people to actual use their PTO

Review from Customer Support Dept

Empathy and personal skill sets. Team building and Team Success

Review from Sales Dept

The leadership team needs to understand that quantity expectations cannot keep going up year after year. We are not machines.
