As a middle manager, it's very hard to motivate team members to pitch in more without providing better increases to keep up with the aggressive cost of living hikes. In this position, I hear complaints from both below and above me to do better when I can't control what's driving the issues.

The work is only challenging because it's difficult to complete on deadline. It is not stimulating or satisfying. This is due to the focus on how many reports we can get out every day.

300 letters is far too small a restriction to convey exactly what is going wrong, but if I had to sum it up communication and lack of care for the product over profit are things that I believe are wrong and as for how to fix it we need to communicate and care about what it is we are providing.

constantly set up to fail. The past couple years have been the worst I have experienced. Not provided with the resources and IT assistance that is needed to do the job. Communication is poor on issues regarding IT permissions. Clients are very upset with us and there is nothing an individual can do.

The work load needs distributed differently for the team that works directly with the states and they need further training. FA always puts one big client first and makes sure everything for that client is perfect, while the smaller clients are put on the back burner.

We are all divided to individuals with a large volume of unsustainable work loads. Everyone on my team always seems stressed out. Team leads do their best to keep moral positive, but with a lack of a voice from upper management we feel like the unheard. The ratio of give and take is completely off
