- Controlled growth and efficiencies - there is too much constant change in this organization. - Ownership / accountability - FA has many people who are partially responsible - but in many instances critical processes have no one accountable. This results in huge failures and unhappy customers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working from home and the PTO.

Some coworkers are very brilliant and a great joy to work with. We need to ensure that everyone is continuing to upskill and transcend merely adequate to become the top talent the company requires to be successful.

I feel like I'm on a football team that cannot execute basic plays because we don't have fundamentals down. From an InfoSec perspective, how can I sell our security posture to our customers/auditors/regulators when we can't even keep basic security controls (like Vulnerability scans) operational?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Organization has many silos, long term strategy is not clearly communicated

My immediate department needs additional headcount to deal with the existing workload, let alone take on additional project work. This headcount needs to also be distributed across geographies.

We have contractual obligations to our customers - and we are clearly not striving to meet those obligations. In many cases our management team does not seem to care (e.g. 'FA will move to the cloud irrespective of our clients right to engage and audit controls on that move.')
