I used to look forward to coming to work in my previous role, but the current one has me just do my job and not expect anything.

They need more people skills to better understand an employee as an asset rather than a machine. They lack the communication skills to work with employees.

After spending so many years with the organization my package has increased based on my performance. As a parting employee I feel if the compensation were to be better in terms of percentage it would have been a great advantage.

People skills, bad mouthing and most important of all ethics. No new team member is great from day one, as a team we become great and that was my experience with my prior team as compared to the current one.
