I loved working for FADV until I didn't. Nothing has happened that shows me that this companies cares about its employees during times that are beyond our control. Management is a joke. Chain of command is a joke and nothing gets done about employees who just dont show up.

Coworkers, not management, will come together to make sure that you can get into a comfortable spot if your work load is to heavy.

Race is a big issue in this company. I've heard race cards get thrown more times than i can count. Doesn't matter your skin color.

We are not paid enough for the amount of work that we do. We cannot survive, provide for our families, and make sure that we are able to actually get to work. At this point, we're literally working to pay for gas and that is it.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We are living in some of the hardest times most of us have ever experienced and yet there seems to be NOTHING being done to make sure that FADV employees are taken care of or can care for their families. We work just to afford to get to work nevermind feeding our families.
