Helpful and always ready to explain. When I started I felt so lost and had so many information to take in at once, but having a great team members who always answered my questions and took their time to explain everything I was unsure about. The team is very supportive :)

The fact that I am never alone, I can always reach out to my colleagues and ask for help, if needed. The best feeling is when a customer reaches out to us for help and we are able to help. You can hear on their voice that you have lifted a weight of their shoulder.
