First Advantage values their employees opinions and feedback; from the leadership side down to the new hires/entry level positions.
Knowing (without being told directly constantly) that I am valued and appreciated by my co-workers and the leadership team.
I like that they started offering a stock purchase plan. You can essentially "save money" and then purchase First Advantage stock.
Although, the leadership team is there to lead, they do so by being part of the team. They do not just delegate the work, sometimes they dig in there themselves.
