Overall it has been a positive experience, The employee appreciate is good. Managers are more caring than in the past with personal development and keeping good staff engaged. Room for improvements: Include expensive benefits, add all federal holidays to time off and salary ranges.

Equal Salary, I'm +20K under paid. My range for this position is too wide and unfair compared to the real world.

They listen and are open to new ideas from the employees. They want to see FA become 'better than the day before' mentality.

The creation of the ERGs has been a definite positive. Although not all of them are treated equally with funding and staff has limitations attending events but for the most part they have been a positive to our FA Culture.
