I have been back with FSA over a year now and I am enjoying my time here at the USMS/Dallas. I'm a part of a group that is supportive of each other.

They seem to care about the employees. They are fair minded and compassionate.

Considering the current economic conditions, there is room for more compensation to the employees.

communication. They want to know if there is a problem, so they can address it and resolve the situation.

I have a job where my skill set is valued. In addition, my immediate group is supportive of each other.

offer overtime when possible/available. Offer pay raises that do not necessarily have to be tied to the Area Wage Determination (AWD).

I've already said this. Being part of a team that works hard and functions well together.....and feeling like I'm doing something important.

Management cares about the employees and looks out for us. Management creates a positive environment and encourages employees to learn more about Asset Forfeiture in order to improve our skill sets.

We care about each other and look out for each other's welfare. We try to have our bases covered when one member is out, so that we can continue to perform our duties.

friendly, helpful, walk you thru tasks that are new to me. They make me feel that they want me to succeed. When employees all do their part, it makes the team look good as a whole.

At my work location, it feels like a team effort. If one person is focused on something else, others will come in to help pick up the slack. It's nice to feel like I'm part of a team.
