This has been a great opportunity to use skills learned from the military after transitioning out of active duty. I have been provided ample opportunities to lead and help others, but the actual work has not been challenging.

The team is the most positive aspect in itself; however, we could use morale events.

Our PTO is not competitive with other contracting companies in the area, and our pay is well below average. However, the recent TS differential has definitely helped to bridge the gap and is greatly appreciated. Now, we just need to increase PTO.

My team is skilled, personable, and knowledgeable in their areas. They are willing to learn in areas they are lacking and quickly take on new tasks and opportunities. They do not hesitate to ask questions, and everyone gets along as coworkers and friends.
