I am happy with my actual job/work. I am not happy that most of my company coworkers were placed on a subcontract that makes them "lesser" employees. My family is considering a move to another state within the division, if we move I will not stay with the company as it is subcontract state.

Overall I like the benefits provided but pay to long term employees is a huge issue. I have taken on more work with no compensation benefit and now take a pay cut each year I stay based on cost of living over time. I think direct supervisors need to be held more accountable for their actual work.

Most people are interested in doing a great job, however, the turnover rate makes it difficult.

Working together to solve problems/create great work product because our SREA has no idea what is going on most of the time (has no idea how to do our day to day job or use systems).
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I understand we are paid by a contract at a set rate. However, it is hard work to cover all the open positions. There is no compensation for doing extra work or a better job then your coworkers (except Spot awards but those are few and far between).
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We did not receive a COLA or bonus this year bc some jobs were cut, how does that make sense? I am a long term employee, due to lack of COLA or raises (I fully understand AWD issue) I take a pay cut each year I stay at this job. My pay is the same as the bagel shop employees next door.
