Even though we are here to perform a job for a customer, the team also embraces you are a family member. Cares about the work and how they can assist but also is interested in any issues outside of work that they may be able to assist you with.

If you are referring to FSA, we are informed and our RD always helps and backs us up. As it pertains to the company (location where we work at) the customer does not treat us any less because we are contracts and in facts is constantly making sure that we are not mistreated.
