Overall, I've had a positive work experience, however I certainly wish that employee retention and employee work was better recognized through raises and paid time off.

Wages are fair, however I don't believe raises are given as they should be.

That I'm able to locate and collect funds from criminals to ensure victims collect all restitution possible.

There is no micromanaging...I'm left to do my own work and I often get positive feedback on my work.
