Too much favoritism. A lot of great workers left because of the store manager and the level of respect they received from her. Definitely undervalued and over pressured with no respect.

My first time at register I asked for help from the store manager. She had a rude tone with me in front of the customer. Once the store manager left. The customer was unhappy to hear the way she talked to me.
