the leadees work more than anyone, the problem is the GMs who do not care about their work team

If the store manager left the entire ataff would leave. Im not exagerating. Everyone above thw store level is completely out of touch with what the stores need, what the empkoyees need to get to paid and what thw customers really want. The amount of compensation doesn't come close to what we need

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get b3tter at eaverything

Transparency and listening to employee feedback

Get better at executing flawlessly, having foresight to see what's around the corner. Anticipate and account for potential risks so it's no surprise when issues arise.

Their communication is lacking in the fact that they do not provide proper heads up for changes

Be consistent with your messages and direction. Realize the stores are what does the work while executive team changes it!

Focusing on objectives and not work besties

Gap Inc it's not an Equal Pay/Compensation company.

The managers unfortunatly use bad language. They speak about staffs salaries and personal information to employees.
