Team work and people try their best

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management in the facilities is what needs improvement. We are working our butts off to meet unreachable, unreasonable goals

To feel that they can approach the store leads with anything

Become a team and work together as store leaders.

We need to be adequetly compensated for our tireless work and years of service. We need support from corporate on fair and equal compensation through ALL of the brands. We need corporate tonunderstand that we are drowning in online returns and that resources are being wasted by contradictory message

Review from Sales Dept

They cannot, no ones knows what they are doing!

Review from Sales Dept

Be less afraid to have honest conversations with each other and our leaders. Not doing so wastes us time and causes us to not focus on what’s important.
