If you going to promote an open door policy, then stand by it! Also look up the word condfidential and learn what it means!

Two of the managers everybody is complaining about. They need to shape up because experienced employees are leaving due to their attitudes.

Review from Sales Dept

hire more diverse work force

More empowerment throughout the entire company. Don't let good people leave and compensate and reward those who are doing well fairly.

Review from HR Dept

Reviews that include stakeholders/partners, not just immediate bosses and their colleagues

As mentioned clearer priorities from leaders and support from them when we have to STOP it NOT do certain things in order to focus on those priorities. People feel that our leaders are to be obeyed and feared not as guiding forces to something greater together.

Review from Product Dept

Better management everyone is so annoyed and not happy. They also need to give more hours especially to the works who are good and benefit the store not just ones that you Lillie personally as a manager.

Review from Sales Dept

Back room update needs to be done

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone is depressed about how they are treated by the store manager

Review from Sales Dept

The gap needs to just admit they are not a people firs company and are only about making money at all costs. Just be honest about who you are.

Review from Design Dept

Employee recognition, industry awareness, self awareness

Review from Sales Dept

They need to fire the CTO and bring in a new executive that is actually capable and have them rebuild the tech arm of Gap. At this point 99% of good people have been laid off or left.

Give us assigned workspaces so we don't have to relicate every shift, and better office equipment (ours is worn).
