
I've been here for 25 years. We have been through bad times in the past, but never as bad as currently. Constant change in the organisation really is rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic.
Package is about average for the industry.
Company is slowly going out of business.
Their resilience to the constant changes in the company.
They need to stop resigning.
Closure of the final salary pension scheme without adequate compensation.
Some kind of reassurance that we will still be here in 6 months.
At least working from home, I don't feel that someone is constantly looking over my shoulder.
Company's strategy is not clear - unless it is to close us down as a business.
Communicate a plan for the future. At the moment, it seems clear that the company is in a death spiral.
Need some clarity / security about the future. I am tired of answering questions about when the next round of redundancies will be.
