Being part of GE for more than 20 years has been a pleasure for me. GE changed my life not only professionally but economically and I can take care of my family in a great manner. I also can say that GE has changed the way I see the world

GE cares about people, diversity, I am part of the diversity team (LGBT+) and being in the company has allowed me to be who I really am in front of my leader, my peers and the people that reports me.

There are 4 segments of salary in the organization in each band, Segment 1-4. Segment 1 is the lowest salary the company has. Even when I am an employee that officially is ranked as an exceed expectations, I am still below segment 1. There is a strong area of opportunity in terms of salary in GE.
