Pay is good. Benefits are very costly
We Trust and respect each other
Their willingness to help whenever needed
Team works together as one and support one another
Most people are generally friendly
Salary and bonus are the only good part of the compensation package
No support for career path, too many changes at once with little to no support
What success looks like; investing and growing not only future leader but their current senior staff members
EE's that are underperforming are not dealt with accordingly; succession planning is non-existent; No support/plan for promoting staff members
Pay range is acceptable but medial Insurance is terrible.....Permissive time off is not something i feel works. Too many people are left feeling guilty for taking time off while others take advantage if the policy.
Unqualified, inexperienced managers put into positions they are not ready for and not provided the leadership req'd to support. Those who know someone seem to get promoted into new roles. Leadership does not seem too concerned about their EE's career nor do they support.
