I love what I do and am very proud of the team, the company is making it very difficult for employees with the reductions in experienced staff, so overall experience, difficult.

Again very difficult, but there is a great work ethic however it is becoming more and more difficult with all the changes and reductions, people are expected to do more and more.

I don't think the leadership team are listening as they have had their heads turned with yet another reorganisation so I find it hard to explain what I like best, but we continue to achieve.
