Before the separation started, I was extremely happy and proud be part of this company, since the separation, my role lost the importance and I am not able to perform myself as high level as I could and did before. I would like to have a place very soon to go back to my previous work experience.

The lack of news, transparency and don't see yourself anywhere in the next future creates anxiety. Employees in the high management level ask you for patience however they are the first to leave. Solution would be more transparency in general.
