I have work in GE for almost 4 years and I have love the environment and the flexibility of the work. But in all this time I haven't received an opportunity or improve on my job career in team, but the workload and responsibilities have been in increase.

In my experience of 4 years, entering on a operative level I observe that the team and company let you show your abilities. They hear your proposals of improvements something that give you the feel of being part of the company

That all the team and co-workers are friendly and also that they make events in were they invite you to help our society.

I think that the workload has been increasing with the absorption from other business activities. But the compensation had been maintain the same

That I have the opportunity on innovate on some process, using tool to make the daily work less about running reports and more about analysing

That they hear new kind of solutions and give you the tools to work on those improves that you observe. Giving you the right credit for you effort.

I think that on the team there isn't a clear career plan. So it could give some frustration on don't know to how to focus your energy. Most of the time I have seen that to obtain a improve in the career you need to search for an opportunity on other GE team or leave GE and return to GE on the future
