Most people are in it for the challenge and common one team goal of making GE Vernova great. There are some organizations within the framework in Gas Power like Controls Solution and Services that only want to serve themselves.

The bonus is an ok perk on the surface but gets taxed heavily at 50%. Then the rest of it gets eaten up in the cost of the health benefits as part of total compensation. Ends up not really being a bonus at all. if truly a bonus should not be included in the cost calc for health benefits
