In 10 years I've never thought about leaving and look forward to my next opportunity. I can find stretch roles or if I want to stay in a comfort zone I can do that as well

The seniority system around pay versus being paid for the role. Hitting a pay band and being paid less than others in the same role because they've been with the company a few years longer can seem a little less than equitable
