
I called GE University. I feel that I learn everyday but instead of paying for my education, I get paid.
It is a great company. Overall, I am happy to work here. However, we need to keep pushing to solve our quality issues in all fronts Manufacturing, preservation, field execution, engineering. Be sure that C&B is competitive enough.

The market analysis is updated and focalized to a region in the country. I am afraid that we will lose talent because competitors and head hunters are from outside the region of the market analysis.
