Knowledgeable and experienced engineers. Capable and motivated individuals who work well in teams and alone when required. They care for the products and are passionate about engineering and delivering for our customers.

Lack of a local pay review since Jan 2019. Direct reports in my team earn more for much less responsibility. Huge disparities across the teams from EE to EE and no means to be able to address the issues during local pay review initiatives.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Pay disparity between peers. I have people working for me, in my team, that I am responsible for that earn a lot more than I do. Also, the pay structures are not transparent, EEs should be more aware of where they stand in the bandings. Salary review does not allow sufficient rises where required.
