Very good in terms of technical challenging roles, but very-very poor in giving a sense of job security and 'institutional support' to reskill. You are left with a COS website to hunt for roles, but no one is ready consider a newbie in who has significant experience in another role.

Very good company in terms of quality of work, co-workers and learning opportunities. But very-very bad in terms of letting the employee feel stable and secure, we cannot retain great talent and engaged employees by continuously asking people to go every year. Don't use talent for soft cost-cutting.

Challenging, exciting, plenty of opportunities to grow. But, there is a looming fear always to be declared redundant, this is the only issue we have... you cannot be profitable by cutting cost (structural) always.
