Total lack of acknowledgement of the challenges and obstacles GE leadership puts in the way of executing the work. Actions that demonstrate career progression is possible not just words on a HR newsletter

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

Focus first on Career progression and less on cost of progression. Too many conflicting initiatives, no leadership or coordination across the initiatives. Everything is critical therefore nothing is. Too many of the Senior leadership practice "success theatre" and only manage up.
