
The bonus payout when milestones are hit versus waiting til the the end of the year or quarter.
Some of my co-workers are great to work with. Others are just beaten down by the executive team and they're just indifferent or don't seem to care about things.
Delegate more. Listen and respect those they hired to do the job versus hiring intelligent and educated people only to relegate them to menial work or simply performing tactical activities.
Musical chairs is played constantly with people moving in and out of their responsibilities to where nothing seems efficient. Bureaucracy is rampant to where progress and innovation is completely stifled.
Remove leadership from dictating what we're working on day-to-day and have them focus on the big picture. They're too involved in the most mundane of activities ranging from colors on screens to feature/function decisions. I expect execs to think big picture and not the be in the weeds.
