We have the best leaders from top to bottom in all departments. Our leadership values our opinion and trusts us to do the best job we can. The CCA dept is the best department of the whole company and we have an amazing company so that is saying a lot. Favorite company to work forever at.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maintain a balance of both good and bad feedback. Only hammering the bad can cause severe stress to an employee. However, maintaining a good balance while also providing positive feedback can keep the employee motivated. The managers also do not invest enough time to properly train their team.

They need more realistic metrics. A lot of my colleagues are very stressed out and on the verge of being burned out. Mental health is not taken into consideration, and it has started to affect me outside of work. A raise or cost of living adjustment is needed, people are living paycheck to paycheck.

Formal review process is desperately in need. Bonuses/raises, however minor would be nice.

Living is even more expensive now. GoodLeap is one of the biggest solar financing companies in the nation, yet their employees are living paycheck to paycheck. I actually have to get rid of some benefits I cant afford. This job is quite stressful and limited in career growth. A raise is needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have a variety of duties throughout the day. Spending an 8 hour only taking calls can be tedious. However, splitting the day perhaps between answering email correspondences from customers half the day and the rest on the phone creates a healthy work balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly pitching mortgage sales to a customer can be quite frustrating to a customer. I hear it everyday from them. They are just tired of the company harassing them with sales pitches. Sometimes the customer is called 2-3x a day. I believe calling them quarterly instead of everyday would be best

A raise would help a lot. We get a lot of push from our managers about our metrics, but we are not paid enough. Others are not paid extra for the skills they are using. Telling managers to ease up, and actually give feedback that will help agents improve rather something generic like "more enthusias
