Delegate more. Listen and respect those they hired to do the job versus hiring intelligent and educated people only to relegate them to menial work or simply performing tactical activities.

Salary, bonuses and pay schedule

Salary is pretty good. Good dentist and eye insurance.

Base pay & commission keep up with top tech companies like Google or Amazon. Additionally, GoodLeap also doesn't swindle you out of fair pay because of where you live at the time, or in trade for remote freedom.

Besides my salary, I haven't seen much other compensation. I was promised to be part of the EIP, but I still haven't received anything. I have no positive comments here

Remove leadership from dictating what we're working on day-to-day and have them focus on the big picture. They're too involved in the most mundane of activities ranging from colors on screens to feature/function decisions. I expect execs to think big picture and not the be in the weeds.

Learn from the employees that have experiences and backgrounds to help grow and shape the company. There's this attitude that our executives are "industry" leaders when many of us have worked in finance at banks and fintechs AND tech. We all bring experiences that the company can/should learn from .

Musical chairs is played constantly with people moving in and out of their responsibilities to where nothing seems efficient. Bureaucracy is rampant to where progress and innovation is completely stifled.

Lack of clear direction and no clear decision making processes. Over analysis on even the most basic of decisions. We talk about agile and moving quickly yet we can't even get to taking the first step without analyzing what that first step should be - even when solid recommendations are made.
