What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides my salary, I haven't seen much other compensation. I was promised to be part of the EIP, but I still haven't received anything. I have no positive comments here
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and passionate about what they do. They constantly pushing their people to become the best version of themselves. They lead by example, and they walk their talk. Amazing leadership!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mission that we share! GoodLeap is doing great things for the world and to fight climate change. My culture is very fast pace but you also have the support that you need to suceed

They are extremely talented, smart, and hard-working. I look them up constantly. I get inspired from what they do, they always come up with great ideas, ways to innovate and stay at the edge of the industry
