Transitioning to GoodLeap has been an overall positive experience. They are still a private, medium-sized company so they cannot match the benefits of larger F500 employers. That said, the company's future, it's team, and the way people are treated 'like adults' makes all the difference.

Be more organised, i think: my direct manager is not working in the same team as I am, day by day. It's a pretty complicated relationship. On the other side, my manager is all about the people and he's awesome but he simply cannot know lots of things regarding what I'm doing.
