Transitioning to GoodLeap has been an overall positive experience. They are still a private, medium-sized company so they cannot match the benefits of larger F500 employers. That said, the company's future, it's team, and the way people are treated 'like adults' makes all the difference.

That my team and leadership treat people "like adults". That means that there is 2-way communication, mutual trust, clear expectations, and commitments are honored. This goes for both employees and leaders/managers.

There are many things I like about our leadership team: they are very intelligent and capable at running the business and steering us away from risk and complications; they care about their people/team; and are extremely candid and transparent about their ideas and feelings of the business.
