Being human, life happens and there are unforeseen circumstances that come up. The Point system in place needs changed. My leaders seem to forget what its like to be a single parent, or to even have children. Since Covid no one watches a sick child.

give rasies. inflation is kick our butts. we can't survive with this current inflation based off of 2021's wages. And this is a GREEN company. Green house gases are causing these massive heats waves, there is not reason every dept and every possion shouldnt be remote.

understand that not giving raises is huring their employees. Especially with how high inflation is. I am living paycheck to paycheck and have tried transfering to different departments. nothing is helping. I will most likely have to leave california when my lease is up or get a different job.

Since the company has laid off so many people, I have taken on more responsibility but haven't been compensated for the tasks that I've taken on. I am always on top of my job and tend to go above and beyond. Yet I haven't had a raise in almost 3 years. At some point, atta boys aren't going to cut it

We are supposed to be a team, its impossible to ask anyone sitting next to you anything. The ununiform way the cases/tickets come its hard to get a one and if you I do get one, one of my self righteous coworkers just takes it. There is no form of respect given for the person who had it first

Tickets and Cases should be assigned to cut down on some being over turned or bullied. This can be done just as the call que is. they route to the next agent in the order received. Will cut down on the superior way some of the agents conduct themselves and give others a chance to shine

the whole we're not getting paid enough. CFA is both customer service and underwriters. CCA is the true customer service dept and they start at $22 an hour. Underwriters make about 60k plus in the roseville area. We should be paid as underwriters that have customer service skills. so Well over 65k
