we dont get raises. inflation rates are up 20% alone this year. i cant afford food any more
better pay. most other big companies give raises. I was given a raise on my last check over at my previous job. just because we are around the wages of customer service doesn't mean anything. other call centers are given raises.
give rasies. inflation is kick our butts. we can't survive with this current inflation based off of 2021's wages. And this is a GREEN company. Green house gases are causing these massive heats waves, there is not reason every dept and every possion shouldnt be remote.
honeslty only three out like 130 get on my nervous. one is because of she interacts with all the guys here. The other is because she cries in chat for the answers, and the last one has major anger issues. other than those three, everyone else is awesome
understand that not giving raises is huring their employees. Especially with how high inflation is. I am living paycheck to paycheck and have tried transfering to different departments. nothing is helping. I will most likely have to leave california when my lease is up or get a different job.
the whole we're not getting paid enough. CFA is both customer service and underwriters. CCA is the true customer service dept and they start at $22 an hour. Underwriters make about 60k plus in the roseville area. We should be paid as underwriters that have customer service skills. so Well over 65k
