Communication - Poor communication is consistent Realistic goal setting - KPI's are often unrealistic Team commodore - Overall team culture could be worked on to develop team culture, career development and organization Micromanaging -Better utilization of Salesforce to reduce the need

Listening to people, don't ignore when concerns are sent to them, ask uw, processing, sales if changes they make benefit the process or make it worse. Reach out to people and ask for feedback, instead of a do as I say type of environment. Our opinion matters as we are in the trenches everyday

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
cannot speak for the whole company but for my department, we do more work than we are paid, we do other peoples jobs wiht out getting others pay

Giving annual raises, better sick time policies, more opportunities to grow without having to move to different departments, recognizing employees with more than just a $25 gift card, removing the floating holiday and allowing people to have holiday pay AND the day off like every other company does.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overall work life balance and compensation that reflects that. Ability to reach obtainable goals and feel successful in the role. Communication, trust and respect given to all employees. Open dialogue about career development, less favoritism, and fair elections when it comes to promotions.

Needs new upper management - major fall out this year and it's not because of money

Not enough pay. Constant policy changes and additional tasks with no compensation. I have been here 3 years now and I make the same while the cost of living has skyrocketed. I like the general aspect of my job but as time goes on, I am less and less excited to be here.
