All of us need to be on the same page in regards to our job and what we do. IT should not only be 1 or 2 of us that know something and the others were not told.

There seems to be hostility from other teams when a simple question is asked. It is not conducive for a learning environment, so I have become tactical in the questions I do ask

Certain executives are a particularly toxic combination of emotional, harsh, and self-aggrandizing. Having high standards is important but personal attacks tear the fabric of decency.

Senior leadership needs to be given leadership courses. Promoting people based off of longevity is awful and that has clearly happened. My leader is so absent. Care. Ask Questions. Just because I do a great job does not mean I want a manager who does not care about me,

I think leadership needs to hold those who are making mistakes more accountable instead of having their "fall guys" along with providing consistency.
