Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

The benefits are expensive, 401K match is 0%, equity to company only given to Executives, no career growth here. There's not even an annual check in from managers and their reporting employee. Meetings are about productions nothing focuses on employee growth or morals.

The company needs to consider changing its culture regarding employees benefit, and including annual review for their employees income to combat the constant living cost increase each year. From health benefits to 401K, and annual income, all are below par compares to other employments out there.
