Overall, I like my job and am content with where I am. I see many opportunities for improvement for the average employee, but don't really believe improvements will be made.

My team seems to be largely on the same page and always looking to maintain a standard of quality.

We don't get raises. That feels ridiculous. Sure, there is a bonus plan, but you can make SO much less from one year to the next, it's like just taking a pay cut year after year. But, we get bonus pay, so it's fine, right? No.

I appreciate my department, but I get the sense that upper management have stopped caring so much about the lower tier employees. It's not hard to come to work, I like the job, but I feel like they care less about us than they once did.
