I really enjoy the work environment and the job itself. Management is very nice and easy to work with. The pay was great when starting but as economical hardships have taken over, the pay has me struggling to meet my financial obligations. Not enough sick time or holidays off for mental health.

The work culture is very welcoming, and drama free. There is a lot of support and supervisors and managers are always ready to help and lend a hand.

I do not feel undervalued, and enjoy my job here with Goodleap. But I do feel that in this terrible economy the pay is not keeping up with the cost of living, which is making it hard to stay at the job I love doing.
